If you're looking for a meaningful gift this holiday season that commemorates the service of a fallen hero, can help.

Tammie and Mark Stiles, owners of the Jackson, Ga.-based online retailerare offering free photo-engraved dog tags to family members who have lost a loved one in war.

The tags usually cost $30 or more, but the site is giving away one free tag to the family of any service member who died in battle. No payment is required, but the site accepts donations to cover shipping and supply costs.

After you provide the photo to appear on the dog tag, it will be etched into the metal; printed on the back are the words, "Undying appreciation for your unspeakable sacrifice."

Tammie Stiles, who has two sons in the Marine Corps, says she and her husband are looking for sponsors to cover the cost of providing every family of a fallen service member with photo tags; in the meantime, they'll continue to donate their time filling orders for free.

"Our normal Web site price is $29.95 per item," Stiles said. "We ask that, if possible, you make a contribution of $8.95 for shipping, handling and processing. If you are not able to pay anything, we will still gladly send your free dog tag."
