Army daughter

It is nice to be an Army family, but it can be a lot of work. We have to move a lot, and it is not easy to leave friends behind. Moving from place to place and living in a lot of homes can be very hard. It is not easy to feel like I belong. Traveling and seeing a lot of places and meeting new people are exciting, and many kids are not able to do that.

I love my country. My country is a good place to be, and there are a lot of good people here. There are so many different things to see and do. Because of my daddy and all of the military that work with him, my family can be free to live how we like. My country is a hard-working country.

My daddy works hard all day. When I grow up, I want to be a soldier and protect my country just like he does. I miss my daddy when he has to go away, but I know his work is important. I'm proud to be a military family.
