Insurgents kill NATO soldier in Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan The international military coalition in Afghanistan says a service member has been killed in an insurgent attack in the country's east.

NATO says the service member died following an attack early Monday. The alliance did not provide details or the nationality of the killed service member.

The latest death brings to 10 the number of international troops killed in Afghanistan this month.
