Applications are being accepted from qualified officers and enlisted soldiers for the 2014 Army Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Bethesda, Md.
The five-year regimen includes course work, clinical training, a dissertation and an internship. An optional second-year thesis leads to a master’s degree.
Enlisted soldiers and ROTC cadets who are accepted for the program will be appointed as officers of the Medical Service Corps and will attend the Army Medical Department officer basic course before beginning studies. Non-MSC officers will be reappointed as members of the MSC. Upon completion of the program, officers incur a six-year service obligation.
