CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire man convicted of sexual exploitation of a child is facing up to 30 years in prison when sentenced in May.
Twenty-two-year-old Eric Morrison entered a guilty plea this week in federal court in Concord. His accomplice — Erin Upham of Manchester — pleaded guilty to the same charge last week.
Federal prosecutors say Morrison, who was stationed with the Air Force in Okinawa, last year had video chats and obtained images of Upham sexually abusing a child.
Court documents indicate Morrison directed Upham to sexually abuse the child during at least one video chat session.
Both were indicted by a federal grand jury in June 2013.
Prosecutors and court documents do not indicate the age of the child victim.
A federal judge accepted Morrison’s plea Monday.
