Human Resources Command will upgrade its mainframe operating system during Presidents’ Day weekend, requiring some personnel management applications to be taken down temporarily.

The outage will start at 3 a.m. Friday EST, and it is scheduled to end 6 a.m. Tuesday.

The outage will affect applications such as the Total Officer Personnel Information Management System — Active Officers, TOPMIS II, the Total Army Personnel Data Base — as well as Automated Orders and the Integrated Total Army Personnel Data Base.

Users who have problems after 6 a.m. on Tuesday should call the HRC Help Desk at 502-613-7777.
