Armed with GoPro-style cameras, Strike Fighter Squadron 27 captured their F/A-18E Super Hornets in action in an exciting video that’s getting a lot of views.
The “Royal Maces,” based at Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan, posted this five-minute video April 18 as a teaser to their cruise video, which co-stars the carrier George Washington, some great aerial shots of the Pacific theater and a high-octane techno beat. The teaser has been watched 179,444 times, as of Tuesday.
The longer video, “Shoot ‘Em if You Got ‘Em,” will debut May 3 at the NAF Atsugi Spring Festival, according to the squadron's YouTube page.
