Graduate schools

Air Force Institute of Technology. The Air Force’s graduate school, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, comprises the Graduate School of Engineering and Management, the Civil Engineer and Services School and the School of Systems Logistics.

Joint Military Intelligence College. Located at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C., this school awards master’s degrees in strategic intelligence, as well as a certificate through its Postgraduate Intelligence and Undergraduate Intelligence programs.

Reservists have two options to attend the school. They can compete for a one-year, in-residence program where they study alongside their active-duty counterparts. There also is a two-year, part-time program designed to fit into drill schedules. Opportunities vary by service.

Naval Postgraduate School. The school in Monterey, Calif., provides fully funded graduate study in more than 40 programs. They include new initiatives, such as information warfare and civil-military relations.
