150 W.Va. guardsmen return from Iraq

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — About 150 members of the West Virginia National Guard are back in the Mountain State after serving one year in Iraq.
The members of the Guard’s 821st Engineer Company returned to the state Sunday. They were greeted by friends and families at the Charleston Air National Guard base.
While in Iraq, the guardsmen helped to build and improve military outposts, improved security for U.S. and Iraqi forces and civilians, and cleared roadways of debris.
