CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Secretary of State Betty Ireland and West Virginia National Guard Adjutant General Allen Tackett are promoting voting by military members stationed outside the state.
They’re holding a news conference Tuesday afternoon at the West Virginia National Guard Armory in Charleston to focus attention on voting options that are available to military members stationed out-of-state or overseas.
These options include fax and e-mail.
