400 soldiers return Thursday to Campbell

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. — More Fort Campbell soldiers are expected to return Thursday to the Army post on the Kentucky-Tennessee border.

Fort Campbell says in a statement that arrival ceremonies are scheduled for nearly 400 soldiers, arriving in two groups from Afghanistan.

Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment are scheduled to arrive at 4:30 a.m. CDT. More from the 4th Brigade Combat Team and elements of 101st Division Special Troops Battalion are scheduled to arrive at 7:50 p.m.
