FORT CARSON, Colo. — Army Secretary Pete Geren is visiting Fort Carson to talk about efforts to improve the quality of life of soldiers and their families.
Geren has scheduled a news conference for Tuesday afternoon with Fort Carson commander Maj. Gen. Mark A. Graham.
Geren and Graham will talk about the Warrior Family Community Partnership, designed to make the most of support services for Army families.
They’ll also discuss a program called Army 101, designed to familiarize civilians and local emergency responders to the Army and Fort Carson.
