CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — Four men have been charged in the death of a Fort Campbell soldier who was shot after a dispute at a Clarksville nightclub.
The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reported that 25-year-old Bryan Christopher Hastye was killed early Sunday morning by a bullet that went through the trunk of a car he was riding in.
Clarksville police spokesman Officer Jim Knoll said Hastye and his friends had an argument with four men from Nashville at Club 808 on Riverside Drive. As they were leaving, the four men followed them in another car and police say one of them fired into the car, striking Hastye in the backseat.
The four men charged are 19-year-old Frank James Beasley, 20-year-old Montez Deshawn Hall, 21-year-old Kenneth Deshawn Hatch and 21-year-old Samuel Dewayne Majors.
