An advisory council will convene Oct. 14 to select and slate Medical Service Corps officers to deputy commander for administration positions with certain medical task force organizations.
Selected officers in the ranks of major and lieutenant colonel will be assigned to DCA positions that become vacant in the summer of 2011.
For additional details, to include the proposed vacancies, consult MilPer message 10-217, which was issued by the Human Resources Command Aug. 13.
