| Soldiers who held recommended list status as of June 20 through July 8, and who meet or exceed the cutoff scores for August are eligible to be promoted Aug. 1 as follows: | ||||

Airborne Advantage |

| The airborne advantage can be applied in August to the specialties listed below. Soldiers drawing jump pay, and who are assigned to positions coded with skill qualification identifier P, S or V can deduct 65 points for scores to sergeant, and 25 points for scores to staff sergeant. | ||||
