Temporary outage for online personnel systems on Jan. 25

Several of the Army's online personnel services systems will be taken down temporarily on Sunday, Jan. 25, for maintenance work on the Human Resources Command data center at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Affected systems will include the Casualty Information Processing System, the Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (IPERMS), Electronic Military Personnel Office (E-MILPO), Integrated Total Army Personnel Data Base (ITAPDB), the command Web page, the Enlisted Distribution and Assignment System (EDAS) and the Assignment Satisfaction Key server.

Users who have problems after 6 a.m. EST Jan. 26 should contact the HRC service desk at (502) 613-7777.
