Two Philadelphia-area members of Congress are asking the Pennsylvania National Guard's commander to address allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation at the Horsham Air Guard Station near Philadelphia.

The complaint, filed in federal court in West Virginia's southern district, alleges a doctor deprived a 42-year-old Army veteran at the VA Medical Center in Beckley of his constitutional right to bodily integrity during a February 2019 examination.
