An Army monthly publication on preventive maintenance will cease printing this summer and answer soldiers' questions through its website and a free mobile app.

PS Magazine, which answers hundreds of soldiers' maintenance questions each year, will stop print production after the June edition, according to a release from Army officials. The magazine will remain accessible online and through the official app, available at both Google Play and Apple stores.

As an official Army Technical Bulletin with a slogan asking "Would you stake your life, right now, on the condition of your equipment?," the magazine helps soldiers by providing up-to-date information on equipment supply and maintenance.

The website includes archived articles dating back to 1999, which are available for view and download, a search engine, and a simple way to contact the magazine for maintenance questions or article suggestions.

By downloading the app, soldiers will be able to search for archived issues through 2014. The app will also include maintenance videos and "Hot Topics" to get equipment questions answered.
