West Virginia just finished their third round of voting with a mobile option for servicemembers — and they've asked the federal government to develop and implement the option at a larger level.
The complaint, filed in federal court in West Virginia's southern district, alleges a doctor deprived a 42-year-old Army veteran at the VA Medical Center in Beckley of his constitutional right to bodily integrity during a February 2019 examination.
