Medical Corps and Dental Corps majors of the active component who were promoted to O-4 in fiscal 2011 will be in the primary zone of consideration for the annual lieutenant colonel selection board that convenes March 9.
The below-zone category for the upcoming board will include officers with dates of rank in fiscal 2012, which began Oct. 1, 2011 and ended Sept. 30, 2012. These officers are one year junior to the majors in the primary zone.
Officer evaluation reports submitted for this board must be received at Human Resources Command by Feb. 24. Complete-the-record reports are authorized, but must have a thru date of Feb.1, 2016.
The online My Board File record review application will open Jan. 2, and close Feb. 24. The application can be accessed from the “Self-Service” link on the Human Resources Command homepage at www.hrc.army.mil.
