A federal program that helps troops and veterans pay for home internet access will run out of funding next month without congressional action. A viral photo of uniformed Marines at an event at former President Donald Trump's Florida home was not a violation of military rules, officials said. Operations will continue during the mandated safety training period. The Department of Veterans Affairs will start buying veterans' failing mortgages to help them stay in their homes. The crash in Colorado comes just days after another Apache accident, and marks the fourth to occur in the last two months. Remotely operated vehicles and sonar will be used by the Corps, along with the debris removal vessel Reynolds.
