After the UFC fight between Tim Kennedy and Rashad Evans set for the promotion's mega-card in New York City fell through, twice, Kennedy continued his training camp, with his opponent at UFC 206 in Toronto still a question mark.

The answer is Kelvin Gastelum, who also saw his UFC 205 fight scrapped, but not because of his opponent's medical issues: He skipped his weigh-in for the 170-pound fight with Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone.  According to MMAJunkie.com, Gastelum was facing a six-month suspension for his behavior, but he avoided it by paying a $2,000 fine.

Kennedy, a former active-duty sniper and current Texas Army National Guardsman, will face Gastelum on Saturday in Toronto for the middleweight (185-pound) fight. Evans wasn't cleared for a fight license in time. The special operator has made his feelings on his opponent's behavior known via social media:

Kennedy enters the cage with an 18-5 mark. He hasn't fought since a controversial September 2014 loss to Yoel Romero. Gastelum (13-2) won the 17th edition of the promotion's The Ultimate Fighter reality-TV series in 2013.

Kennedy was supposed to fight Evans at UFC 205 in what would've been Evans' debut at 185 pounds, but the veteran fighter was pulled for an undisclosed medical issue.

For UFC 206, Kennedy and Gastelum are on the main card, which begins at 10 p.m. Eastern time on pay-per-view. Preliminary fights air on Fox Sports 1 at 8 p.m.
