Pennsylvania governor honors newly identified remains of Korean War solider

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania and U.S. flags are being lowered to half-staff in the Capitol Complex and government facilities near Harrisburg to honor a Korean War soldier whose remains were recently identified and are being returned to the state.

Gov. Tom Wolf on Friday ordered the honor for Army Cpl. Martin King, who disappeared 65 years ago during the war.

King's remains are being returned home on Saturday. He'll be buried with full military honors on Monday at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

King is from Tower City in central Pennsylvania.
