The Army has 23 spots for NCOs interested in taking some time away from everyday Army life to get experience working in the corporate world at companies like Disney, USAA and the National Football League.

The opportunities are in a wide range of military occupational specialties for noncommissioned officers between staff sergeant and master sergeant, according to a MilPer message released Monday.

TWI trainees will owe the Army three days for every day spent in the program, or three years for a standard one-year assignment. After completion, soldiers will be assigned to a billet that helps use the skills they learned during TWI.

Soldiers interested in TWI should send an encrypted email to usarmy.knox.hrc.mbx.epmd-ncoes-twi-program@mail.mil with DA Form 4187 by Feb. 18, according to the MilPer 17-345.
