Up to 10,000 free tickets will be handed out to active-duty service members and veterans Thursday night for special screenings of “Thank You for Your Service” a day prior to the movie‘s official nationwide premiere.

More than 400 AMC Theatre locations will give tickets to the first 25 service members and veterans who bring valid, government-issued military identification to the box office for the 7 p.m. (local time) showings, according to a news release announcing the giveaway.

The free tickets are not available online. Interested moviegoers can find a participating theater here.

The film is based on a 2013 book by David Finkel of the same name; Finkel embedded with an Army infantry battalion to write 2009’s “The Good Soldiers,” then followed it up with “Thank You for Your Service” to address how the battalion’s members coped with life after combat.

The movie stars Miles Teller as Staff Sgt. Adam Schumann, and also features Haley Bennett, Joe Cole and Amy Schumer.
