Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said U.S. military chaplains will no longer wear rank insignia, instead displaying symbols of their faith.
Religious waivers that have already been approved will be reevaluated within 90 days, the memo states.
In a Tuesday video message, Hegseth said he intends to “make the Chaplain Corps great again,” by restoring its focus on religious ministry.
The Army pilot believes LSD is a sacrament “necessary for his continued spiritual growth and development," his lawyers argued.
